    Our weekly guided meditation is hosted by seasoned meditation practitioners, a space for you to drop in, take some much needed time for you to restore and centre.

  • Express Yourself

    Our weekly guided journalling is an opportunity to express yourself, put on paper what’s stirring in you in a supported, facilitated space.

    Fortnightly live question and answer sessions with subject matter experts presenting followed by a live Q&A. You ask the questions.
